Dear friends,
A warm welcome back to all for our 3 CSH High Key In-Camp Training. It has been two years since our last CSH deployment, and I am confident that many of you continue to hold fond memories of our previous operations outside camp.
I am pleased to announce that, under the leadership of our previous Commanding Officer, LTC (NS) (DR) Mohd Mizan Marican, 3 CSH was awarded the Best NS CSS Unit for 2025. In receiving this award, I would like to make special mention of our medical and support company personnel, who remain the solid foundation upon which our unit operates. This achievement stands as a testament to the dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment of every member of our team.
This year’s High Key In-Camp Training marks several significant milestones. It signifies the commencement of a new training cycle evaluation for our CSH, and will also be the first High Key deployment for many new members who have joined the 3 CSH family over the past two years. Additionally, the area and scope of our deployment will present new first-time experiences for the unit; I shall not spoil the surprise for everyone and further details will be shared on the first day.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to all who have completed their IPPT and/or NS Fit sessions within the current window, and also express my sincere gratitude to those who will be reaching their MR at the conclusion of this ICT. While it is with some sadness that we bid farewell to you after many years of shared service and memories, I hope that this ICT will serve to further strengthen the bonds and camaraderie we have built together.
I look forward to welcoming everyone on 6 April. Let us move forward with pride and purpose, and strive to make this High Key both a rewarding and successful experience for our unit.
